#1. Don't sleep on June 6 for the 25th anniversary of the Nuit Blanche

Since 2002, the Nuit Blanche has invaded the Île-de-France region every summer.

For one night, from June 6 to 7, 2026, exhibitions, animations, art installations, concerts and contemporary art performances will be set up everywhere in the streets and places of culture of the Ile-de-France region for the pleasure of night owls and the curious.

Nuit Blanche 2026: a twenty-fifth edition under the sign of love

For the twenty-fifth edition, the artistic direction of the Nuit Blanche is entrusted to Barbara Butch : DJ, activist and figure of nightlife culture known for having ignited the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games in Paris in 2024.

The key words of the ceremony this year? Love, the pleasure of coming together and the pleasure of celebrating diversity: a beautiful program.

From June 5 to 21, 2026, the festival Les Nuits des Forêts returns all over France and invites young and old to (re)discover the forest near them : with free events organized from morning until after sunset.

Created in 2021, this event, which has become the first national festival dedicated to the forest in France, is celebrating its seventh edition around the theme "Listening to the living".

The objective?

To better understand the diversity of living things, the balance of ecosystems and the passing of the seasons, while meeting the women and men who inhabit the forest, protect it, cultivate it or are inspired by it.

Free walks, initiations, conferences and workshops

From 5 to 21 June 2026, more than 250 sites will take part in the event in mainland France , but also in Reunion Island, New Caledonia and Mayotte.

On the program:

  • Walks to recognise bird songs or mushroom species
  • Exhibitions on biodiversity
  • Concerts in the middle of nature
  • Conferences
  • And creative workshops

#3. Free aperitif-concerts in the gardens of the Bergerie nationale in the heart of the park of the Château de Rambouillet

How about enjoying summer evenings to the sound of live music?

In Rambouillet, the Bergerie nationale is organising a new edition of its aperitif-concerts in a friendly guinguette atmosphere.

On five Thursday evenings (4, 11, 18, 25 June and 2 July 2026), the Jardin de Montorgueil is transformed into an open-air concert hall in the magnificent park of the Château de Rambouillet.

From jazz to rock to French song, several artists and groups will follow one another throughout the month of June and until the beginning of July.

On site, the public will also be able to enjoy a catering offer and a refreshment bar with products from the Ferme de la Bergerie.

The concerts take place from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. with free admission (by reservation), subject to availability.

Meeting point at La Bergerie nationale de Rambouillet - Jardin Montorgueil, Route de la ferme - Parc du château, 78120, Rambouillet:

  • Take line N to Rambouillet station then bus 5301 from Rambouillet-Prud'homme to Sainte Thérèse, once you arrive in front in the park of the Château de Rambouillet walk to the Bergerie for 20 minutes

#4. A free exhibition to take to the skies at the Musée des Avelines in Saint-Cloud

Notice to aviation enthusiasts and the curious: the Musée des Avelines is offering a large free exhibition dedicated to the aeronautical history of Saint-Cloud until July 5, 2026.

More than 180 works and objects around aviation and a flight simulator to test

With " Saint-Cloud in the Clouds, an aeronautical adventure ", the museum invites visitors to go back in time, from the first balloons of the 18th century, to the first women's flying club to the great aerial innovations of the 20th century.

As a bonus: visitors will be able to try their hand at piloting a Rafale thanks to a flight simulator!
